How do you change the resolution/quality of the video?

First, switch over to Gogo-Stream server by clicking the dropdown menu.

If the settings on the video player doesn't give you an option, try a different server. Multi Quality and Xstreamcdn usually gives more resolution options. 

Note that Mp4Upload are usually 1080p.
